El Departament de Serveis de Bombers de Hong Kong participarà a l'Expo d'Educació i Carreres Professionals per implicar el públic i promoure la seva campanya de contractació. Volem atraure més gent i ajudar-los a entendre millor les nostres responsabilitats destacant les responsabilitats laborals, les dificultats i mostrant molts aspectes de les operacions i equips del Departament de Bombers. Aquest any, hem introduït un "Programa de desenvolupament de minories ètniques", ja que hem trobat que els estudiants de grups minoritaris que estan interessats a unir-se a les nostres files necessiten suport addicional. L'Expo d'enguany ha estat tot un èxit. Els visitants han donat comentaris molt positius. Nombrosos joves han visitat el nostre estand per conèixer les nostres posicions obertes i han expressat el seu interès a presentar-se. Qualsevol persona interessada a treballar amb nosaltres pot aprofitar les proves de condició física i oculars in situ. Això ha cridat molt l'atenció. A través de la fira hem pogut trobar molts candidats potencials i cada any contractem els nostres millors membres de l'equip. L'experiència ha estat enriquidora i estem encantats de formar-ne part.

The Coffee Project has never before participated in the Education & Careers Exposition. Through this exhibition, we want individuals from all walks to learn more about the coffee industry and what it takes for a barista to be skilled. We organized coffee tastings and a coffee training session to educate them about the coffee and its brewing process. This expo is a wonderful opportunity for us to introduce the coffee culture and give the public a hands-on experience, especially given the recent rise in coffee's popularity. Many people expressed interest in the barista training and hobbyists course. The organizers did a great job in bringing different student groups to our booths, so that we could pique their interest. Many members of the public also came to our booths to learn more about what we do. We were overall pleasantly surprised at the number of visitors, and by their response.
