El Festival de Globus de la Loteria de Nova Jersey no tindrà lloc el 2024.
The Festival Group, which organized the festival this year, has made the difficult decision to take a break for a year to reimagine and refresh the festival. It will return in 2025.
Since we bought the event in 1992 late fall, we are proud to provide a family-oriented, first-class festival at reasonable rates. We have seen a massive increase in operating costs since the pandemic of 2020. The combination of inflation, supply chain disruptions, vendors that went out-of-business during the pandemic and competition from other festivals for limited resources, as well as the drastically increased fees charged by musical talent make it difficult to produce a quality three-day event without increasing costs. This is according to Howard Freeman, the Festival Executive Producer whose company has been producing the festival annually for the last 30 years. In order to address these challenges properly, we made the difficult choice to take a year off to reimagine the festival and relaunch it in 2025.

New Jersey Lottery Festival of Ballooning, the largest of its kind in the United States, is unique for many reasons. It's the only event in this region of the country where you can enjoy and see dozens of hot-air balloons at the same time, as well as being a net revenue positive event every year.
