The organizers of Wine Professional are focusing mainly on a younger generation of wine professionals at the 22nd edition of the trade fair (8 to 10 January, RAI Amsterdam). The content of the fair and the composition of the program is therefore largely focused on education. Attention is paid to classic flavors and modern New World wines, but also to contemporary wine trends such as vins nature, sake and vinos de jerez. A preliminary overview of the exhibitors will soon be available here.

The Wine & Food Association hopes to establish Wine Professional as a positive starting point for gastronomy and catering, a sector on the move, in early 2024. The aim is twofold: to strengthen the enthusiasm to work (again) in this sector, and to increase respect for what these people put on the table for their guests every day. As far as we are concerned, this also includes wine.
